The demolition and reconstruction of a two lane, five hundred and twenty linear foot long steel and prestressed concrete beam, concrete deck superstructure running through the center of the United States Military Academy campus and attached to two multi-story historic buildings and within twenty feet of two multi-story class room buildings, one of which was the campus library.In addition the project involved the recording, removal and replacement of ten thousand square feet of stone work, and the rehabilitation of three piers, bridge lighting and bridge sidewalk.
