This contract provided for the replacement of BIN 1070481, Sprain Brook Parkway southbound over Payne Street. This included the removal of the temporary support towers, existing bridge removal, construction of new abutments, drilled shaft foundations, erection of new girders, and installation of a new deck system.

The deck for BIN 1070482, Sprain Brook Parkway northbound over Payne Street, was rehabilitated and resurfaced with a methyl methacrylate sealer/overlay.

This contract also included repairs to existing MSES retaining walls adjacent to BIN 1070481 and 1070482, and at a separate site adjacent to the Saw Mill River Parkway.

Additional work included: tree clearing, resurfacing parkway shoulders, soldier pile wingwall and abutment construction, sign structure installation, and Payne Street restoration.
