This Project for the New York State Department of Transportation was a Highway Where and When Project at various locations in Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester Counties.

The provisions of this Project required that ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. establish and maintain twenty-four-hour standby readiness in order to take action, at the Regional Director’s discretion, to protect property and public safety by repairing portions of and preventing further degradation to State highway structures. The repair work was of a type that was typically associated with highway repairs to bridges, overhead sign structures, large culverts, and their appurtenances.
