The scope of work included the complete blasting and recoating of the existing Secondary Aeration piping, along with the replacement of two (2) 54-inch couplings; the replacement of five (5) cooling water pumps and associated automatic strainers, piping, and valves; the replacement of the existing plant water system with a pre-engineered skid-mounted system, including new pumps, valves, flow meters, and control panels; the replacement of the existing High-Pressure Washdown system with a pre-engineered skid-mounted system, including new pumps, valves, flow meters, and control panels; the replacement of the existing Compressed Air System, including the compressors, dryers, holding tanks, controls, and piping; and the upgrade of electrical equipment associated with the new equipment.
