ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is proud to announce that our Assistant Vice President of Operations – Highway, Ciro Poccia, PE, has been admitted as a member into The Moles, a prestigious nationwide organization comprised of highly decorated leaders within the construction and engineering industry. Ciro will be joining ECCO III’s President, Raymond Gizzi, PE, as a fellow Moles Member.
Ciro has been with ECCO III for over 25 years, assuming progressive leadership positions on large complex projects throughout the Southern Region of New York State. He currently serves as Project Executive on ECCO III’s most complex heavy highway construction projects and contributes to the pursuit of large-scale alternative delivery contracts. Some of Ciro’s most notable projects include the $110 Million Kew Gardens Phase 2B – Best Value Project (Contract D263208) and the $162 Million Kew Gardens Interchange, Contract 1 – Van Wyck Expressway (Contract D261344) on which he served as Project Manager; among many other projects.
In addition to Ciro’s project work, he is responsible for spearheading strategic planning and business operations at large for ECCO III, including employee development and engagement, resource allocation, and managing strategic initiatives in coordination with ECCO III’s Executive Office.
Ciro’s dedication and expertise have earned him this well-deserved recognition, showcasing that he is esteemed by his peers as an outstanding professional in the Heavy Construction Industry. We’re proud to have him on our Team. Congratulations on the well-deserved induction, Ciro!
