This project for the New York State Department of Transportation is a Structures Where and When Project at various locations in Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester counties.

The provisions of the Contract require that ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. establish and maintain twenty-four-hour standby readiness in order to take action, at the Regional Director’s discretion, to protect property and public safety by repairing portions of and preventing further degradation to State highway structures. The necessary repairs are of a nature which is beyond the capabilities of Department Maintenance Forces to practically accomplish in a timely fashion. The repair work will be of a type that is usually associated with structural repairs to bridges, overhead sign structures, large culverts, and their appurtenances.
