ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is proud to be named the apparent low bidder for the Alexander Street and Irvington Pumping Stations Rehabilitation Project for the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation. This Project will rehabilitate two key pump stations serving the North Yonkers Sewer District, bringing critical improvements to communities right in our own backyard in Yonkers and Irvington.
