ECCO III Enterprises, Inc., in association with our Lead Designer, STV, is proud to announce that we have been awarded NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP)’s FIRST-ever solicited Design-Build Contract: Design-Build 1: Upstate Roadway Reconstruction & Improvements Project (PIN: 82623I0001). 🎉

This Design-Build Project involves work at three (3) of NYCDEP’s Reservoirs in their Upstate Watershed: the Croton Lake Reservoir in Yorktown, the Ashokan Reservoir in Olive, and the Schoharie Reservoir in Prattsville. The primary scope of work at all three (3) sites involves roadway reconstruction, culvert replacements, and stormwater management upgrades. The Work at the Croton Lake Reservoir will also include extensive retaining wall reconstruction and upgrades to the electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

This is a major milestone (“another FIRST”) for ECCO III as we have also completed Metro-North Railroad’s first-ever Design-Build project, and the NYS Department of Transportation’s second-ever Design-Build project. Congratulations to our Team for their incredible effort on this pursuit!
