ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with experience supporting the management of field operations on complex infrastructure projects.

The individual shall be responsible for supporting Superintendents in all aspects of supervising field operations and labor forces for an assigned project(s) including, but not limited to, jobsite safety and quality; project schedule; safe work plans; and material procurement, among other responsibilities. The individual will be expected to clearly understand company safety policies in the field (i.e., Safe Work Plans, PPP, Take 5’s), interpret drawings and navigate specifications; and, within a reasonable time frame, be able to learn and independently perform any individual Superintendent task.

Qualifications: 

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

• Experience supporting the supervision of field operations on large-scale complex infrastructure projects and managing at least one, single field operation assigned
• Understanding of construction safety principals and best practices
• Understanding of civil, structural, utility and/or mechanical engineering disciplines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Primavera Scheduling Software

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
