ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an EEO Officer who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Company’s day-to-day equal opportunity policies and programs, including our Affirmative Action Plan. As part of that responsibility, this individual will periodically analyze the Company’s personnel actions and their effects to ensure compliance with our equal employment policy. Additionally, the EEO Officer will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations including, but not limited to, affirmative action, diversity initiatives, employee civil rights or personnel relations issues.
• Conduct regular audits of company practices to identify and mitigate potential EEO risks.
• Investigate complaints of EEO-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on EEO topics for employees and management.
• Collaborate with HR and management to ensure and maintain an inclusive workplace.
• Prepare and submit required EEO reports and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s EEO practices remain current and most effective.

Qualifications: 

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

• Experience managing administrative work to support the field office/yard for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage one’s tasks with minimal supervision
• Responsive and proactive with executing one’s tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 in addition to bonus potential, 401k Safe Harbor Contribution, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
