ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Estimator with the ability to estimate work within a project bid/estimate to produce cost.

The individual shall be responsible for contributing to the estimate of a project bid and working in conjunction with other Estimators to finalize an estimate. Individuals will be expected to interpret bid documents, drawings, and specifications; have knowledge of production and resources needed for utility, civil, structural and/or mechanical work; prepare cost estimates (i.e., creating bid items/activities and populating crews, equipment and materials); evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals; lead/mentor Junior Estimators; and communicate with upper management regarding bid development during review, among other tasks.

Qualifications: 

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

• Experience as an Estimator contributing to the estimate of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate bid developments with upper management
• Experience leading/mentoring Junior Estimators
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite and HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 in addition to bonus potential, 401k Safe Harbor Contribution, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
