ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Lead Estimator with the ability to manage an entire project bid/estimate and manage a team of estimators for design-bid-build and design-build pursuits.

The individual will be expected to interpret bid documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare cost estimates; evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals; and communicate extensively with upper management regarding bid development, among other tasks.

Qualifications: 

Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria:

• Experience as Lead Estimator, leading the estimate of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate bid developments with upper management
• Experience leading/mentoring Estimators/Junior Estimators
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite and HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
